About Your Coach:
Kevin Peterson, of Peterson Holistic Services brings a message of Hope and Possibility to one of modern life’s greatest challenges, Weight Loss. Kevin himself lost 100 pounds over a period of 3 years. Not only has he kept that weight off for over a decade he has lost an additional 50 pounds for a total of 150 pounds lost. Kevin attributes his success in weight loss to his commitment to only eating healthful foods he enjoys and only doing activities and exercises that are comfortable and doable while still pushing the boundaries of his physical abilities.
Kevin has combined his philosophy and experience in weight loss with his education in Biochemistry, Cell and Molecular Biology, certification as a Personal Trainer, and diploma in Nutrition Therapy to create a Training Program that taps into the natural intelligence of your body and supports it’s natural ability to heal. Because, in the end, that’s what Weight Loss is, a healing process. Now is your time to begin.
