Items are usually ready to pick-up or shipped within 24hrs of completion.
Production time is approximately 5-7 days from the time of the order.
Refund Policy
No refunds or returns will be accepted on custom orders once an order is placed. No exceptions. All Items in our store are custom for you. Please make sure to read all item descriptions and production/shipping times before ordering.
We do not accept any returns unless there is a mistake on our part as all orders are all handmade, personalized and custom for you. If there is a mistake to the customization or personalization of your item(s) on our end please contact us within 5 business days of receiving item and we will be happy to replace the item. No refunds.
If your item is damaged from shipping, you must notify us within 5 business days from delivery date and we will be happy to send a replacement for the cost of shipping. A photo of any damages will be required. No refunds
